The store ran on WordPress and the ceiling was structural. Inventory was not live: real warehouse counts lived in one place, the storefront showed its own version of the truth, and every product change meant manual reconciliation by hand. Outages and rollbacks did not just cost uptime, they lost orders outright. Beneath the operations problem sat a search problem: the accumulated mess of plugins and poor site architecture left the catalog hard for engines to read and index, in a regulated category where paid channels are mostly closed and organic is the growth engine. Revenue had settled at five thousand dollars a month, not because demand stopped, but because the machine could not process more.

03 / Did

Rebuilt the entire operation as a Webflow ecommerce ecosystem with Airtable as the single source of truth and Foxy handling checkout. Stock levels on the storefront updated live from real warehouse counts. The rebuild went deeper than the website: the full inventory, product, and shipping management flow was built in their own system stemming from Airtable, streamlining operations across the business, including the physical storefronts. Product pages became data, not documents. The catalog could grow without a rebuild, and the compliance constraints of the category were designed into the architecture rather than patched onto it.

04 / After

The cap is gone. Seven figures a year on the same catalog.

The infrastructure stopped being the constraint. Growth after the rebuild came from marketing and product decisions, which is where growth is supposed to come from.
