TERMS OF USE

Terms of use.

Last updated: 7/13/2026

Who we are

This website, fieldwork.codes, is operated by THRUM OS LLC, a Missouri limited liability company based in Kansas City, doing business as Fieldwork ("Fieldwork," "we," "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.

What this site is

This site describes our consulting services. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer. Engagements, including diagnostics and builds, are governed by separate written agreements signed by both parties, and those agreements control over anything written here.

Use of the site

You may browse, read, and share links to this site. You may not scrape it at scale, misrepresent its content as your own, use it to build a competing dataset, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design, the findings report format, and the Fieldwork name and marks, belongs to THRUM OS LLC or its licensors. Client names and results appearing in field notes are used with permission or reflect publicly stated work. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We work hard to keep its contents accurate, and an entire section of our methodology is devoted to claims matching reality, but we make no warranty that the site is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THRUM OS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use this website, which is nothing.

Third-party services

Booking runs through Calendly, and site analytics run through Umami. Those services have their own terms, which apply to your use of them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above tells you when we last did. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
