PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy.

Last updated: 7/13/2026

The short version

We collect what you give us and the minimum the site needs to function. Our analytics use no cookies and collect no personal identifiers. We do not run ads, we do not sell your information, and we do not want more of your data than it takes to answer your email.

What we collect

What you submit. If you sign up for The Dispatch, we collect your email address. If you book a diagnostic through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. If you email us, we have your email.

What the site collects automatically. This site is hosted on Webflow, which processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve the site. For analytics we use Umami, a privacy-focused tool that measures aggregate usage, pages visited, referral sources, and interactions such as booking clicks, without cookies and without collecting personal identifiers. We cannot identify you from our analytics, which is the point.

How we use it

To send The Dispatch to people who asked for it, to respond to inquiries, to schedule and prepare for calls you book, and to understand in aggregate how the site is used. That is the list.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not run advertising or share your data with ad networks. We do not use analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. We do not send marketing to Dispatch subscribers beyond The Dispatch itself, which you can leave in one click, any issue, every issue.

Third parties that process data on our behalf

Webflow (hosting and form submissions), Calendly (scheduling), and Umami (cookieless analytics). Each processes data under its own policy and our instructions.

Retention

Dispatch subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Form submissions: purged from our systems within twelve months of receipt. Correspondence: for as long as it is useful to the inquiry or engagement it belongs to, after which it is deleted; we do not maintain a fixed schedule for email and will not pretend otherwise.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from The Dispatch via the link in any email. Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at info@fieldwork.codes, and we will do it unless a legal or contractual obligation says otherwise.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above tells you when. Material changes will be noted on this page.
